Production

Adhering to the ideology of "Quality first, Pursuit of excellence, and Continuous refinement", relying on the Nanjing Biopharmaceutical platform and the sharing of quality resources of the quality production management system, BunnyTeeth Technology Inc. continues to build a top technical team, and has built (including under construction) a school-enterprise cooperation platform, a postgraduate mobile station and other sustainable development projects.

In the first phase of the project, the production and research base are 3,000m² and the 100,000-grade clean plant is 2,000m², which is designed in accordance with GMP clean plant requirements and strictly controls the possible factors affecting the product such as personnel, environment and materials. The plant introduces a fully automatic filling and sealing linkage line, with unmanned operation throughout the whole process, to guarantee the production of high-quality products. The production quality process adopts the whole process risk management mode to continuously track and improve the quality risk influencing factors.

The second phase of the project (under construction) is designed and planned to reach 20,000m², 10,000m² for 100,000-grade clean plant and 2,000m² for 10,000-grade clean plant. The plant will introduce the unmanned production mode for real-time production, further upgrading the scale of production line, enhancing its core competitiveness while improving its innovation ability and product quality, and creating a new blueprint for the development of molecular diagnostic industry together with customers.

Quality Assurance

In order to break the monopoly of foreign leading brands on key raw materials and core technologies, and to ensure the provision of high-quality products and services to customers, BunnyTeeth Technology Inc. is based on its own R&D platform, and carries out effective quality control systematically and rigorously, from the introduction of raw materials to sales outbound, with layers of control. We have a standardized traceable SOP system and have obtained ISO9001 and ISO13485 quality management system certification. We strictly select domestic and foreign production raw material suppliers, adopt high-quality production raw materials, carry out strict quality control and inspection during the whole production process, and operate in accordance with ISO13485 quality management system to effectively ensure the stability of product quality.
